II General Information on Data Processing

1. scope of the processing of personal data

Our processing of personal data of our users is limited to those data that are necessary for the provision of a functional website as well as our contents and services. The processing of personal data of our users is only carried out for the purposes agreed with them or if there is another legal basis (in the sense of the DSGVO). Only those personal data are collected that are actually necessary for the implementation and processing of our tasks and services or that you have voluntarily provided to us.

You have the right to request information about your personal data processed by us. In particular, you can request information about the processing purposes, the categories of personal data, the categories of recipients to whom your data has been or will be disclosed, the planned storage period, the existence of a right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or objection, data transfer, the origin of your data if it has not been collected by us, and the existence of automated decision-making, including profiling.

You also have the right to revoke any consent you may have given to use your personal data at any time.

If you are of the opinion that the processing of your personal data by us is in conflict with the applicable data protection regulations, you have the possibility to complain to the data protection authority. Provided that, in the case of data transmission, this does not involve a disproportionate effort.

III Description and scope of data processing

1. Provision of the Website

Our website uses “Google Analytics”, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94.043 USA, to evaluate website usage. Google Analytics uses cookies (see point 2.), which are stored on your computer. The information contained therein about the website and internet usage of the visitor can be processed and evaluated by Google.

The data collected by Google may be transferred by Google to countries outside the EU and the EEA, in particular the USA. However, Google has submitted to the Privacy Shield Framework. In addition, we ensure that your IP address is anonymized before it is transferred to Google.

The legal basis for the use of Google Analytics is Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f DSGVO.

2. Cookies

We use cookies on our website to make our offer user-friendly. Cookies are small files that are automatically created by your browser and stored on your terminal device (laptop, tablet, smartphone, etc.) when you visit our site. The cookies remain stored until you delete them. This allows us to recognize your browser on your next visit. If you fill out a contact form or send us an email or other electronic message, your information will only be stored for the processing of the request, possibly related further questions, and used only in the context of the request.

The legal basis for processing your request is Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. b DSGVO.

We will delete your email address after your request has been dealt with.

4. File Downloads

We do not require you to provide any personal information in order for you to download files from our website.

5. Social Plugins

We do not use social plugins on our website. There is only a link on Facebook which directly redirects to our pages on this network. 

IV. Data security

We use the widespread HTTPS procedure in connection with the highest encryption level supported by your browser when visiting our website. You can tell whether an individual page of our website is transmitted in encrypted form by the closed display of the key or lock symbol in the address bar of your browser.

In addition, we use other appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your data against accidental or intentional manipulation, partial or complete loss, destruction or against unauthorized access by third parties. Our security measures are continuously improved in line with technological developments.
